"SUIBOKUGA" (drawing in India ink) is the picture drawn using
Ink
and water. The effect produced by the difference among material,
such as how to use a brush, and the paper drawn, silk, changes.
This drawing method was established by the Chinese Tang time.
Having came to be drawn in Japan is from around the second half
of the Kamakura period. It has been inherited as important art of
Japan which is in secret touch with zen.
